The Instrumentation, Control & Automation Operational Technology Supervisor leads a geographically dispersed team within the Integrated Operations function, overseeing planned and reactive ICA maintenance across the asset base, and reporting to the ICA Regional Lead.
Key duties include managing ICA maintenance and repair activities, leading and developing the team, handling budgets and material consumption, ensuring health‑and‑safety and QA compliance, and driving continuous improvement of procedures and performance metrics.
The role also involves vehicle management, customer complaint investigation, inventory control, incident response, KPI reporting, internal communications, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to support the Uisce Éireann Transformation Programme and uphold information security standards.
