Partner with the design team, property management and engineering staff to ensure that all construction related items are coordinated and have little to no impact on the day-to-day activities of the property.

Provide jobsite leadership in safety and quality.
Maintain satisfactory relationships with owners, subcontractors, unions, and all stakeholders.
Prepare final inspection checklists and punch lists.
Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
Establish and maintain good communication between all parties during the property renovation process.
Document and communicate delays, challenges, and concerns in a professional written format to all stake holders such as Construction Team, Ownership and Management.
Perform periodic on-site walk-throughs to ensure contract performance, safety compliance, and quality control.
Coordinate with third-party relocation company to ensure relocation plan is achieved.
Administer document control procedures for all construction related documents.
