Tasks

-Develop the design of plans and specifications ; -Coordonner avec le client le programme fonctionnel et technique et la définition des besoins ; -Élaborer la production de détails techniques de construction ; -Assister le chargé de projet chantier durant la phase de construction ; -Préparer hebdomadairement les tâches et les livrables à transmettre à l’équipe de projet ; -Oversee construction work, ensuring quality control and compliance with the schedule and budget, in accordance with NEUF’s standards and those of the client ; -Contribute to all phases of a project, from initial design to final delivery, while adhering to deadlines and budget ; -Produce technical construction details ; -Coordinate and prepare the production of technical documents, specifications, tenders, and presentations ; -Élaborer des plans en tenant compte des besoins du client, des normes de construction et des enjeux environnementaux ; -Plan weekly tasks and deliverables for the project team ; -Coordonner et préparer la production des documents techniques, des devis, soumissions et des présentations ; -Design plans that address client needs, building standards, and environmental considerations ; -Support the site project manager during the construction phase ; -Participer à toutes les phases d'un projet, de la conception initiale à la réalisation finale, en respectant les délais et le budget ; -Maintenir une attitude professionnelle auprès des clients et mettre en œuvre des pratiques exemplaires en fournissant ses recommandations, informations et conseils ; -Collaborate with the client in developing the functional and technical program, as well as in defining project requirements ; -Assurer le suivi des travaux de construction en s’assurant du contrôle de la qualité et du respect de l’échéancier et du budget, selon les normes de NEUF architectes et du client ; -Maintain a professional attitude with clients and apply best practices by providing recommendations, information, and guidance ; -Assurer une communication claire et efficace avec tous les intervenants du projet ;
