Spring 2026 Change Management Intern (Hybrid)

Description

• Join team meetings to share updates, give input, and collaborate on solutions.
• Refine templates and presentations used across change initiatives.
• Help identify training needs and develop materials like job aids, portal content, and guides.
• Use Excel and Word to collect and organize data that tracks adoption and supports decision-making.
• Create and share clear, engaging content using PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and email.
• Assist with building change plans and keeping teams informed and engaged.
• Help roll out change strategies that make transitions smoother across the company.
• Support daily team operations, organize documentation, and suggest process improvements.

Requirements

• Best practices for collecting and using data to track adoption and guide decisions.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Communications, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience leveraging Microsoft tools—PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Azure DevOps—to manage and support change
• Agile methodology and collaborative change management practices.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Available part-time during the Spring 2026 semester (January–May) and full-time during summer and academic breaks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
