Use Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to execute and document work orders
Monitor system performance and respond to alarms or deviations
Apply Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and follow all safety protocols
Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs
Maintain accurate records of system parameters, maintenance activities, and compliance documentation
Support validation and commissioning activities for new or modified systems
Operate and maintain clean utility systems: WFI, RO/EDI/CDI, clean steam, compressed air, and HVAC
Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to support production needs
Participate in emergency response and team-based troubleshooting efforts

Experience with pumps, plumbing, filtration systems (carbon, RO, EDI, CDI), and instrumentation
Basic computer literacy and experience with paperless work systems
Hands-on experience with CMMS platforms (e.g., Maximo, SAP, Blue Mountain)
Electrical troubleshooting and basic instrumentation knowledge
Comfortable using PPE and working in confined spaces or elevated areas
High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred
2+ years of experience in clean utilities, mechanical systems, or industrial maintenance
Ability to adapt to changing procedures and standards
Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to work with diverse personalities and rank structures
Understanding of wet chemistry principles: pH, conductivity, TOC, chlorine, hardness
