

Provides engineering, architecture, and consulting services for infrastructure and built environments.
The role is focused on engineering analysis, design, and computer modeling for dam and reservoir projects, providing technical guidance, conducting site visits, and supporting client management. You will mentor junior engineers, oversee design methods, and deliver technical assistance to both staff and clients.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in structural, civil, or mechanical engineering, possess a PE license in at least one U.S. state, and bring at least 15 years of relevant experience, along with strong data analysis, technical writing, and communication skills. Additional preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, experience with finite‑element analysis, risk assessment, and seismic analysis of dam structures.
