- Coordinate HR-related training, communications, and resources for managers and employees to promote compliance and enhance engagement.
- Oversees project systems such as SmartStaff and ensures that release and other employee relevant dates are in alignment with project and customer requirements including short term assignment tracking.
- Promoting employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
- Performs a variety of human resources operations activities in one or several of these areas:
- Interacts with employees, supervisors, and managers to answer and resolve their inquiries/issues on HR policies and other employee services, as required.
- Assists in process improvement opportunities to drive operational efficiencies.
- Coordinates data audits, record keeping, reporting, etc.
- Support annual corporate programs and training requirements as required.
