Oversee the monthly, quarterly and annual preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards like GAAP.
Work cross-functionally with other departments to increase financial reporting accuracy.
Build and maintain strong relationships with operational leadership and external partners to support collaboration and strategic alignment.
Oversee the development, improvement and documentation internal policies & procedures to ensure compliance and the highest integrity of the Company’s results.

Strong understanding of accounting theory/GAAP and ability to perform research as necessary
