- Coordinate tenants move ins and move outs, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption.
- Assist in the maintenance of the property management policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement property management strategies to maximise the value and performance of the real estate portfolio.
- Liaise with, and attend meetings with local and State authorities, internal and external stakeholders in relation to property management matters.
- Provide financial analysis and reports to support decision-making and strategy development.
- Ensure all required property management data bases are maintained and undertake property administrative tasks as required.
- Preparation of instructions to the internal & external legal teams to facilitate the drafting of Agistment and Occupation Licences in accordance with NSW and Qld legal obligations.
- Develop, coordinate and monitor maintenance, repairs, and renovations to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with safety regulations.

- Experience in linear infrastructure and/or large-scale projects with diverse property portfolios.
- Ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work autonomously.
- Proven knowledge and experience in property management procedures and other property transactions such as leases, licenses and easements.
- Experience in rural sector land acquisition.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products.
- Knowledge of compulsory land acquisition in Qld (Acquisition of Land Act) & NSW (Land Acquisition (Just terms Compensation) Act), land tenure and land title administration.
- Well-developed negotiation, influencing, problem resolution and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to process a high volume of work in a structured and organised manner.
- Understanding & application of land and business valuation principles and methodology.
- Experience in the rail industry.
- Inland Rail is an Agile working environment in our State-of-the Art office embracing flexible working conditions.
