What you would be doing
- Foster a positive, high-energy team environment focused on results
- Ensure in store stock in appropriate level in the assigned stores.
- Build category manager relationships at store level.
- Address and resolve any performance issues
- Maintain accurate records of individual sales results, team performance, and activities
- Supervise, motivate, and manage a team of permanent Experts to achieve set sellout target
- Monitor daily and weekly sales performance of each Expert within the assigned coverage.
- Ensure the team is delivering excellent customer service
