As the engineering leader for ES Americas our center in India, you will manage a diverse team of talented Scrum Masters, Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics engineers, and more.
Develops high performance teams in terms of breadth and depth of capabilities in electrical, software and mechanical design as well as adjacent technology areas in product engineering.
Leads operations reviews with key engineering directors, accountable to manage department budget and performance to forecast.
Define clear plan to leverage EIIC Lab and Prototype infrastructure to accelerate launches of key NPI/VA programs for division. .
Expand capabilities for shaping the RD&E portfolio for these divisions to drive organic growth through New Products & Technology Introduction. This includes shaping the future RD&E portfolio, leverage synergies across the divisions, building capability roadmap, developing /hiring for organizational capability and capacity and driving engineering excellence to execute the RD&E portfolio.
Fosters an environment where employees feel empowered to experiment, innovate, and make decisions.
Define VA road map for division conducting IP landscape, tear down events and competitor benchmarking. Lead innovation events to shape ideas from the team.
Manages complex programs (Cost, schedule and Time) for divisions key programs .
Create and execute 3- 5 year capability roadmaps for the teams in line with division strategic technology and product roadmaps .
Builds leadership succession for the group as well as broader electrical product groups.
