

Comprehensive architecture, planning, interior design and branding firm delivering educational, civic, healthcare, commercial environments.
Lead construction document preparation in collaboration with the Project Manager.
Handle construction administration tasks, including shop drawing and submittal reviews.
Lead and mentor a team of architectural designers and drafters.
Stay updated on trends, technologies, and best practices through professional development
Coordinate documents from internal staff, consultants, and contractors.
Perform quality control checks on design and construction documents.
Document code review and compliance. § Possess knowledge of industry standards, construction methods, and building systems.
LICENSED DESIGN/PROJECT ARCHITECT WITH REVIT SKILLS
California Architectural License
CASp certification is a plus
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
Utilize Revit with high technical proficiency.
Effective communicator and a Team player
LEED and/or WELL accreditations are a plus
Proficiency in Revit, with proven work experience in an architectural environment
*The candidate we're seeking will have at least 5 years in a similar role, with projects in California and the US west coast; experience with local government agency jurisdictions; working in tandem with engineering consultants and producing detailed sets of construction documents using Revit software.
5+ years of architectural experience
