Director of Demand Generation and Marketing Ops

Document Crunch is searching for a Director of Demand Generation & Marketing Operations to build and lead the programs, systems, and strategies that power our growth engine. In this role, you’ll drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline by overseeing demand generation, ABM, and marketing operations across the full funnel.

• Drive ABM Strategy: Lead platform management and execution of ABM programs (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, Terminus) in partnership with Sales, aligning marketing influence and revenue impact.
• Optimize Marketing Operations: Manage HubSpot, Salesforce, and analytics tools to ensure data integrity, automation efficiency, and funnel visibility.
• Elevate the Digital Experience: Provide strategic oversight for the website and digital ecosystem to optimize UX, brand alignment, and conversion performance.
• Build and Empower a Team: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team across demand gen, digital, ABM, web, SEO/SEM, paid media, and ops.
• Own Multi-Channel Campaigns: Oversee planning and execution of integrated campaigns across digital, paid, social, and email channels to generate and nurture leads.
• Champion Revenue Marketing: Define KPIs, attribution, and reporting frameworks to measure pipeline performance, conversion, and ROI.
• Manage Resources Wisely: Oversee budgets, vendors, and agency partnerships to ensure accountability, effectiveness, and ROI.
• Lead the Growth Engine: Develop and execute a demand generation and marketing operations strategy that drives awareness, qualified pipeline, and revenue.
• Collaborate for Growth: Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align GTM strategies and support cross-functional growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Marketing Ops Mastery: Expertise with HubSpot, Salesforce, and analytics tools; skilled in data governance, automation, and reporting.
• Leadership & Team Development: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire teams across digital, ABM, and ops disciplines.
• Project Management: Organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• ABM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase, Terminus) and integrating account-based strategies into broader marketing plans.
• Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong data-driven approach with the ability to translate insights into performance improvements.
• Degree Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or required field required.
• Industry Familiarity: Background in construction tech, AEC, or SaaS for the built environment is a plus.
• B2B SaaS Expertise: 8–12 years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in a growth-stage company, with deep experience in demand gen, ABM, and marketing operations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effective communicator and partner with Sales, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success.
• Revenue-Driven Mindset: Demonstrated success connecting marketing activity to pipeline growth, bookings, and revenue impact.
