  • Act as the primary technical interface between the NESP function unit and the local engineering team.
  • Keeping up with regulatory requirements and certifications.
  • Act as a mentor to local engineers, transferring knowledge from the function unit.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.Act as a liaison for suppliers and third-party vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Facilitate training programs to enhance technical competencies in CO₂ recovery, Amine Wash, LNG, and energy recovery.
  • Identifying potential technical risks early in the project.
  • Review and validate engineering deliverables to meet function unit expectations.
  • Establish process workflows to improve engineering efficiency and reduce rework.
  • Represent the local engineering entity in technical discussions with the function unit.
  • Lead workshops and discussions on emerging technologies and innovative solutions.
  • Ensuring knowledge transfer across teams to build technical competency.
  • Approve technical solutions and design standardizations for strategic projects.
  • Drive engineering best practices and standardization across CO₂ recovery, Amine Wash, small-scale LNG, and energy recovery solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the local engineering team.
  • Guide the local engineering team to deliver error-free designs and calculations.
  • Recommend process improvements to optimize engineering efficiency.
  • Ensure seamless integration of FU engineering requirements into local entity workflows.
