We’re looking for an experienced Repairs Manager to help lead our Amplius Response service and guide a dedicated team delivering responsive and emergency repairs. You’ll keep operations running smoothly, ensure value for money, and uphold our high service standards. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Property Operations, you’ll shape the service through strong leadership in recruitment, training, performance and safeguarding. This role will involve travel across the Home Counties and surrounding areas (Bedfordshire, Biggleswade, Milton Keynes, Northamptonshire and Hertfordshire)
A full UK driving license is essential for this role.
Salary: £60,500 per year (plus car allowance)
Location: Hybrid, with a weekly presence in our Milton Keynes office.
