Champion a safety-first culture within the factory in pursuit of a zero-harm environment ensuring to Never Walk Past.
Coordinate all aspects of maintenance within your assigned work area, including supply of spare parts and organising of external contractors as required.
Provide the ‘first point of call' for technical issues in the plant.
Work closely with the engineering team to implement the plant maintenance and improvement strategy.

A technical background with an Electrical qualification (Licence, Certificate or Degree)
A mechanical aptitude and interest.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills and a high level of commitment to work effectively in a multi-skilled team environment.
A hands-on attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work autonomously.
Experience with PLC (Allen Bradley or similar) systems would be a definite advantage.
Fault finding and troubleshooting to limit downtime and improve the operational effectiveness of plant equipment including predictive and preventative maintenance measures.
Demonstrated ability to trouble shoot and respond to breakdowns in an industrial environment.
