We are now seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our Permanent Modular Construction (PMC) team in Rocklea, QLD. This role is focused on driving front-end business development, expanding ATCO’s market presence, and supporting diversification into Sports & Recreation, Energy, Commercial, Industrial, Oil & Gas, Defence, and broader emerging sectors. If you love building relationships, spotting opportunities, and delivering commercial outcomes — this role gives you room to make a real impact.
We’re looking for a commercially minded and proactive business development professional with strong relationship-building strengths.

- Ability to collaborate across teams and maintain a high standard of customer service.
- Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within construction, modular, building products, industrial or related sectors.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills.
- Significant scope to influence growth across the Queensland market
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and ability to adopt new systems with ease.
- Willingness to travel across Queensland to service clients and pursue new opportunities.
- Ability to identify, target and convert new business opportunities with confidence.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience preparing tenders, quotes or pricing proposals.
