Senior Surveyor - Flex Leasing Surveyor

Description

The position involves maintaining a strong network of occupier advisors and brokers, owning the marketing assets for each asset, and distributing them across various channels. It also includes generating new marketing ideas such as events, digital campaigns and social media, supporting business development with landlords and flexible office operators, and keeping abreast of competition and market trends.

• Lease flexible and managed workspace units across Central London.
• Provide agency advice and negotiate with occupiers via traditional and flex channels.
• Maintain a network of occupier advisors and brokers to drive demand.
• Own and distribute marketing assets across multiple platforms.
• Create and execute marketing initiatives, including events, digital campaigns, and social media.
• Support new business development for landlords and flexible office operators.
• Monitor competition and market trends to inform strategy.

Requirements

Candidates should have prior leasing experience in the flexible workspace sector, either in a disposal‑agency role or on the sales side of a flex operator, and be able to advise clients at all levels while delivering transactional services.
