  • Driving business development and identifying market needs for Asset Managers, Investment Managers for new and existing clients.
  • Advise our clients on valueadd projects, decarbonisation programms aligned with endoflife and lease periods as well as asset life extension. With a focus on advisory services, include our local and global inhouse skills in architecure, engineering and specialists allowing for a holistic approach to the assets.
  • Ensure effective strategy development and deployment for buildings in operation, clarifying objectives and expectations. Assisting our clients to operate in an efficient and sustainable manner.
  • Develop services and ensure delivery for assets and portfolios in operation. Linking our existing Climate and Sustainability Services as well Programme and Project Management and TDD Service within Property Advisory with a wider client base and enable a systematic approach.

  • Active client relationship management on the German and European Property market by engaging with clients effectively, understanding their internal processes and market needs and fostering strong relationships.
  • Extensive experience in the property/real estate sector, preferably with deep consulting experience and understanding of industry specific programs and transformation processes within assets and operations
  • Proven experience in client relationship management and a strong understanding of the Property Advisory Services sector. Preferably with Asset and Portfolio Managers and across the property asset classes office, logistic, retail, mixed use and living.
  • A deep understanding of existing buildings, refurbishment and repositioning on an architectural and engineering perspective.
  • Strong organizational and problemsolving skills and effective communication with clients and design teams as well as the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
  • Strong ability to engage with clients at high organizational levels
  • An independent working manner and an entrepreneurial intellect with high levels of creativity, engagement, motivation and conceptual skills
  • Knowledge of decisionmaking processes at high organizational levels and real estate program implementation.
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
