- 5–10 years of broad HR experience with progressive HRBP responsibilities advising senior leaders.
- Proven ability to influence, champion change, and build strong business partnerships.
- Strong work ethic, high integrity, and mature business judgment.
- SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP, or HRCI certification preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
