• Delivers innovative design solutions across multiple disciplines, including air quality, civil engineering, cultural resources, ecological sciences, environmental engineering and sciences, manufacturing infrastructure services, planning and survey, transportation engineering, waste management, and water resources.
• Organizes operations through multi-disciplined Industry Consulting Groups (ICGs) tailored to sectors such as manufacturing, mining, oil & gas, power, public sector, real estate, and solid waste markets.
• Ensures services are closely aligned with client business objectives, fostering a culture of accountability and personal investment in client success through its employee-owned structure.
