- A strong desire to learn about commercial HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and restaurant equipment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- A technical degree or relevant certifications are a plus but not required.
- EPA certification (Type I & II or Universal) for handling refrigerants.
- Willingness to work on-call upon advancement to a service technician role.
- Experience in Commercial HVAC, Refrigeration, and Ice Machines.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems.
- Restaurant Equipment Experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check.
