Liaising with clients to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
Preparing accurate quotations or estimates for installation and maintenance work.
Performing routine inspections, fault finding, repairs, and commissioning of plumbing, gas, and combustion plant (boilers and gas heaters).
Providing clear instruction and handover of equipment to clients
Maximising efficiency through effective route planning, time management, and stock control.
Completing all works to a high standard, on time, and ensuring systems are fully operational.
Installing, servicing, and maintaining plumbing and gasfitting equipment in line with EQUANS procedures, NZ Standards, and the NZ Building Code.
Assisting with site assessments and identifying opportunities for additional work.
