Conduct industry research and bench marking the use of ILPD® or similar delivery methods to drive value for the end client.
Assist in finalizing the Integrated Lean Project Delivery Field Guide. This guide is foundational to Boldt’s construction delivery method.
Support Integrated Lean Project Delivery team members in achieving our strategic goals.
Work close with team members to provide technical support in the implementation and training of the ILPD Field Guide, the Boldt Production System® or Lean Construction.

Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage individual contributions.
Analytical problem solver; phenomenal attention to detail, quality, and standardization (when applicable) when completing assignments.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
A valid driver’s license may be required. Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check. The outcome of any MVR checks conducted may negatively impact the persons’ ability to participate in any vehicle program provided by the company, including but not limited to the ability to drive a personal vehicle on behalf of The Boldt Company or rent a vehicle through for business travel purposes.
Full-time student enrolled at a college or university with sophomore, junior, or senior status pursuing an undergraduate degree.
Proficiency required with Microsoft Office Suite, Apps and Online Services including Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMs, OneNote, and Planner.
Programming skills desired; not required.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future.
Driven self-starter with proven record of working independently or with a team.
