Assist with strategy for expansion of transportation services throughout CT

Advanced knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures in traffic engineering
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to think critically
Strong computer skills (MS Office)
CT Professional Engineer (PE) license required
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, transportation planning or similar discipline required
Proven success in the state & local government market sectors
Substantial client management, technical and project management experience
Advanced knowledge of local and state regulations governing transportation design
