- Knowledge of elimination of waste, continuous improvement, 5S, Kaizen, Quality Built In, JIT, Kanban, and leveled production.
- Ability to read blueprints and use calipers preferred.
- The ability to effectively use Word, Excel, and Outlook to carry out work required.
- The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
