As a key member of Sunrun’s retail team, you will represent the brand within partner retail stores, building relationships, generating excitement for solar and storage solutions, and educating potential customers about renewable energy. The role involves proactively scheduling appointments and expanding Sunrun’s customer base by positively influencing every individual you meet.
Success in this position requires strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, self‑motivation, and a genuine passion for Sunrun’s mission. You must be able to work a flexible retail schedule—including weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays—have reliable transportation within a 15‑30‑mile radius, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lb.
Compensation is performance‑based, with an average total pay range of $45,000‑$60,000 and top earners achieving $160,000 + per year. You will receive a competitive hourly base rate plus uncapped commissions, a comprehensive benefits package (health, vision, dental, 401(k) match, stock purchase, paid training, etc.), and special incentives such as an all‑expenses‑paid getaway for outstanding performance.
