  • Creating Cheerleader Customers
  • Respond to and dispatch teams to all mitigation calls.
  • Update all Program KPI and required updates
  • Daily/nightly job schedule. Prepare schedule for each work day by no later than 4:15pm.
  • All admin and accounting for the team as well as needed assistance to the EST and PM .
  • Participation in production meeting with Project Managers.
  • Monitor Job Management Report related to mitigation and/or repair jobs daily.
  • A/R collection management and documentation.
  • Track KPI dates and follows up with Project Manager concerning alerts.
  • Send repairs to coordinator to schedule a repair estimator.
  • Enter Billing in Xactimate
  • Participate in first level of customer complaint issues.
  • Inputting jobs into PSA on occasion.
  • Confirms data in PSA
  • TC creates Repair Binder Mitigation
  • On call schedule. Prepare monthly on call schedule for water technicians.
