We are hiring a motivated, self‑starting Transportation Planner for the Planning and Design team. The role joins a multidisciplinary North American team of planners, economists, designers, financial modelers and technical specialists, delivering innovative solutions across the United States, Canada and beyond.
The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and adaptive, bringing strong consulting, communication and project management skills, experience with public‑sector clients, and the ability to collaborate in a fast‑paced environment.
We value in‑person collaboration and client engagement, with flexibility depending on project needs. Full‑time staff are non‑exempt and are encouraged to spend about 60 % of their time in the office or on‑site. Typical work weeks are 40 hours (37.5 hours in Canada) with options for part‑time arrangements.
U.S. employees receive a competitive benefits package that includes private medical, dental and vision coverage, commuter benefits, a Share Incentive Plan, a 3 % 401(k) contribution and a discretionary annual bonus, plus 20 vacation days, 14 paid holidays and 10 sick days.
