Description

• Participate in safety and good housekeeping programs.
• Adhere to environmental regulations and respond to emergencies safely.
• Install, fabricate, repair, and maintain equipment and machinery.
• Utilize diagrams, sketches, manuals, and engineering drawings for tasks.
• Perform carpentry, plumbing, and work with power and hand tools.
• Install and repair locks, door closers, and related hardware.
• Insulate pipes, ducts, furnaces, tanks, ovens, walls, and ceilings.
• Erect and work from rigging, scaffolding, and ladders.
• Maintain and repair auto equipment and internal combustion machines.
• Perform electric arc and acetylene welding and cutting.
• Lead, assist, and train mechanic apprentices.
• Inspect wells and take water samples.
• Assemble or rebuild equipment and parts.
• Perform duties of a sheet metal worker and operate machine shop equipment.
• Learn the SAP system for parts requests.
• Bending, twisting, handling, and controlling objects, tools, or controls.
• Wear respirator protection.

• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Understand verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to multi‑task and work well in a team environment.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Secure and maintain a forklift driver’s license.
• Operate a computer.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3‑4 years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or Millwright.
• Must be a US citizen or have the right to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be drug and alcohol‑free.
• Exposure to temperature extremes and noise levels.
• Prolonged sitting or standing for 8‑hour shifts or rotating shifts.
• Lift, carry, or move up to 50 pounds.
• Regular on‑site attendance and ability to work varying or rotating shifts.

Benefits

Pay is $40.05 per hour. The training shift runs Monday‑Friday for the first 90 days, 7 am‑3:30 pm. After training, the schedule switches to a 3‑days‑on, 3‑days‑off rotation, with day or night shift assigned based on seniority.
