- Monitor progress, quality, and safety of track work on-site.
- Conduct technical reviews of design documents, method statements, and inspection/test plans.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including civil, signalling, and rolling stock engineers.
- Oversee alignment design, track geometry, and interface with civil structures and systems.
- Ensuring that all existing employees, potential employees, colleagues, and customers are treated equally and with respect.
- Provide expert input on track maintenance strategies and lifecycle cost optimization.
- Prepare and present technical reports to stakeholders and project leadership.
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of track works for high-speed rail infrastructure.
- Support risk assessments and mitigation planning related to track infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and project specifications.

- Minimum 15 years of experience in track engineering, with at least 5 years on high-speed rail projects.
- Familiarity with track construction equipment and technologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven expertise in slab track and ballasted track systems.
- Having clear and concise procedures and guidelines for both line managers and employees to ensure policies are fully understood and implemented.
- University Degree, preferable Masters or/and Chartered Engineer
- Strong knowledge of track tolerances, stress management, and dynamic behavior under high-speed loads.
- Complying with the relevant employment legislation and codes of practice.
