In this role you will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a business development team that targets inbound, upsell, and value‑added services opportunities. You will act as a servant‑leader, recruiting top talent, coaching representatives, and holding weekly one‑on‑ones to enhance sales processes. Managing key performance metrics, pipeline generation, and meeting conversion rates will be essential to meet revenue goals, as will evaluating tools and processes for efficiency.

Proficiency with Salesforce and other sales tools is essential.
