- Install water heaters, tankless equipment, and accessories per specifications, codes, and standards.
- Replace or repair leaking water heaters and maintain HVAC equipment.

- Meet company general qualifications; minimum Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Hold a Gas Technician ‘2’ (G2) license and a Class G driver’s license.
- Possess diagnostic and HVAC maintenance skills for residential equipment.
- Physically capable of required work, including lifting water heaters with equipment.
- Ability to learn new technologies (electronics/electricity).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Punctual, dependable, and able to maintain company vehicle standards.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, standby duties, and weekends.
