Lead the expansion of AES’s consultancy business, translating technical insights into commercial opportunities.
Leading a dedicated team of talented graduate and masters-level educated engineers
Work closely with engineering, sales, and commercial teams to bridge the gap between technical solutions and business growth.
Manage the delivery of condition assessment reports and explore ways to commercialize our valuable pipeline data.
Help clients make informed investment and maintenance decisions about their pipeline assets.

A Bachelor’s degree in General, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
Structural engineering and stress analysis
Background in one or more of the following areas:
Pipeline engineering (preferably in the water sector)
Materials science
Statistical or quantitative data analysis
Experience in growing a consultancy business—or a strong appetite to do so.
Chartered Engineer status (preferred but not essential).
