Join Our Team as a Senior Software Design Engineer / DevSecOps. In this role you will develop an advanced and scalable cross‑platform development infrastructure that will be used by our global R&D teams. You will work on Schneider Electric’s IoT platform for building management, gaining new experiences every day, and you will be part of a high‑performing, innovative team of professional developers. The position is based at our R&D Centre in Lund, Sweden with a hybrid working model.
- Design and implement DevSecOps technologies for on‑premises and cloud environments.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity and development teams to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Build in‑house tools and solutions that support global R&D initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging technologies.
- Provide technical support to software teams worldwide.

- Proficient in Rust and Python, capable of creating full programs or systems.
- Experienced in administrating Linux and Windows OS, and deploying networking and application stacks.

- Strong problem‑solving, communication, and fast‑learning abilities in English.
