  • Lead and inspire adoption of AI, generative design, computational modelling, and advanced tools development.

  • Proven experience and demonstrated success in work winning, client care, and generating repeat business.
  • Extensive experience in the facade industry, demonstrating in-depth knowledge and expertise.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects, particularly with large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Proven experience as a team leader with a track record of managing resource requirements, facilitating career development, and fostering effective team collaboration.
  • Extensive experience in a considerable client-facing role, bringing a new set of client contacts to the position.
  • Robust network of existing client relations.
  • Excellent leadership, client engagement, and stakeholder management skills.
