Support Technical Team and Delivery Managers in obtaining approvals, NOCs and permits to keep schedules on track.
Analyse stakeholder agency processes and challenges to tailor project requirements accordingly.
Report stakeholder issues with mitigation proposals to the PMC team for timely resolution.
Attend coordination meetings, communicate issues to appropriate managers and facilitate resolution between stakeholders, design consultants and contractors.
Maintain a record of stakeholder concerns, actions, owners and due dates.
Prepare recommendations to improve communication and approval procedures with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate possesses a relevant engineering or construction qualification, significant experience in stakeholder management, and fluency in both Arabic and English.

Key competencies include proactive stakeholder focus, strong communication, teamwork, planning and HSE awareness.

Hold a BSc in construction management, engineering, architecture or equivalent.
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a similar stakeholder management role and 5 years working in the Middle East.
Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
Knowledge of design and construction management for buildings and civil infrastructure, including utilities coordination.
Proven experience dealing with government authorities and utility service providers, especially Abu Dhabi authorities.
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage stakeholder relationships.
Strong stakeholder focus, proactive attitude, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work both as a team player and in a team‑management capacity.
Strong planning, organising and accountability skills with HSE awareness.
