Civil Supervisor

We believe in the talent and strength of our team, so that, in aim to keep growing together, we are looking for a Civil Supervisor to join our Construction team on our Blind Creek Project located near Canberra! The purpose of this role is to support the Civil Superintendent in the planning, design, organisation and supervision of civil construction works on our projects.

• Inspection and supervision of the works of subcontractor's civil works.
• Control of the compliance of the HSE Plan, SWMS, and other safety measures for all civil subcontractor workers.
• Control the arrival of machinery on site, monitoring performance and distribution around site.
• Transmit the information of the advance of the different civil works units (foundations, fencing, roads, trenches and earthworks) for weekly report.
• Control and verification of the execution against the approved engineering. Include red line modifications at the drawings in case of any approved modification.
• Confirm the progress of the execution of the different subcontractors for certification purposes.
• Manage the progress and control of the Civil works

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent
• Three years of experience in construction of photovoltaic (solar) plants doing the functions described.
