The Associate role will be a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring amazing concept design, technical accuracy, client facing , and quality of our architectural designs. This role requires a deep understanding of building codes, construction methodologies, and a mastery of Revit software to produce exceptional technical drawings and details. This is for building

Building Codes & Regulations: Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards in Dubai.
Site Support: Provide technical support to the site team during the construction phase, addressing any technical queries or issues.
Coordination: Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure seamless integration of building systems.
Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior architects and technical staff, fostering their technical development and knowledge.
Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews of construction documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality construction documentation.
Technical Detailing: Develop and oversee the production of complex technical details, ensuring they are constructible and meet project requirements.

Expert-level proficiency in Revit and Rhino .
In-depth knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Dubai.
Revit Proficiency: Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Revit, utilizing its full capabilities to create detailed and accurate building models and construction drawings.
Minimum 8-13 years of professional experience
Ability to lead and mentor a team.
Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from a recognized institution.
Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional technical detailing skills and high standards of construction documentation.
Excellent understanding of construction methodologies and materials.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
