Strong Excel skills; proficient with Word and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations

Ability to explain financial concepts in simple, clear language
Ability to actively engage with a computer for several hours per day and communicate over the telephone or virtual meeting platforms.
Experience with project setup, WIP tracking, and ERP or financial systems
Background in project-based financial management, including invoicing, accounts receivable, revenue recognition, and subconsultant coordination
Proven record of improving processes and documenting workflows for efficiency
Comfortable working with project managers, administrators, and leadership across multiple locations
