Description

The role involves overseeing site security information, maintaining compliance documentation, delivering security awareness training, supporting risk assessments, keeping compliance records, documenting audit findings and incidents, applying lessons learned, managing corrective actions, ensuring electronic security systems are functional, and reporting on security metrics.

• Maintain up‑to‑date information on all site locations.
• Prepare, review, and maintain security policies, procedures and SOPs for compliance at Godrej Two.
• Conduct security awareness training for all staff levels as required.
• Assist other functions with risk assessments.
• Maintain records required for various compliance implementations at Godrej Two.
• Document audit findings, including causes, actions taken and impacts.
• Incorporate lessons learned from incidents and feedback to continuously improve security.
• Document security incidents and breaches, perform root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure closure of audit findings with detailed cause and impact analysis.
• Coordinate with AMC vendors to keep electronic security systems and gadgets operational.
• Generate and report on security metrics and MIS regularly.
