  • Prepare and maintain site reports, logs, and documentation related to mechanical work progress and issues.
  • Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment requirements to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and other discipline supervisors to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Ensure all mechanical work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, standards, and safety regulations.
  • Supervise daily mechanical activities on-site, including conveyor scope & associated activities.
  • Inspect mechanical installations and conduct quality checks to ensure workmanship and materials meet project requirements.

We are currently searching for Mechanical Supervisor specialising in conveyors/materials handling to join our site-based team on Project Ceres. Reporting to the Construction Manager, the candidate will be responsible for overseeing activities on site, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards. You will work closely with project managers, engineers and labour teams to ensure compliance with project requirements and timeline.

  • Experience working on greenfield & brownfield projects.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively under pressure.
  • In-depth knowledge of SMP systems, safety protocols, and industry standards.
  • A proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills.10+ years’ experience in a Supervisory role.
  • Proven experience in supervising in a construction context, across mechanical/conveyor scope.
  • Ability to work on a 19:9 rotation to site (Karratha).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
