VDC Intern

Description

• Setup sheets and schedules and provide annotated review binders within Revit 2023 or higher.
• Isolate systems and create spool drawings based on provided criteria.
• Provide a bill of material for procurement prior to fabrication.

Requirements

• Licensed in multiple states
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Mid-level to advanced computer skills
• Ability to accurately and consistently execute processes and provide the same quality work product daily.
• 0–1-year experience in Autodesk Revit, prior experience is preferred
• Dependable / Punctual
• Exceptional written, verbal communication skills and listening skills
• Fast learning, focused, and driven individual with an interest in mechanical piping and plumbing systems.
• Ability to take directions from departmental managers and/or instructors.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Actively pursuing associate degree or higher-level education in field applicable to construction
• Strong work ethic
• Crane and Construction Equipment (bare and operated)
