Assist the Lead Structural Designer with the delivery of project requirements as they relate to scope, quantities, cost and schedule
Develop design details
Participation in formal engineering review processes
Perform clash detection of models with other discipline models
Produce and maintain technical and engineering drawings using 2D and 3D CAD software as required
Collaborate on exciting projects to develop innovative solutions
Ensure coordination with designers and engineers within the discipline and with other disciplines
Incorporate safety in design.
Check drawings prior to release
Perform conceptual layout work
Verify onsite condition and dimensions relating to existing facilities

Knowledge of industry or regulatory standards, regulations and codes pertinent to structural design in Ontario.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated, resourceful and initiative-taker.
Proficient in the use of 2D and 3D structural design/drawing software packages, including at Revit, AutoCAD or Bentley MicroStation software
Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Shows critical and creative thinking and problem solving, and brings forward solutions for our clients' toughest challenges
Must be working towards graduating in 2026, or recently graduated, with a diploma specializing in civil/structural design
Experience within a large project, multi-disciplinary EPCM environment
Understanding of other discipline requirements
Ability to learn quickly and willingness to take on new challenges
