Overview

Oversee financial and strategic management of a landmark commercial asset

Tasks

-Manage the financial performance of the assets and provide recommendations to clients. -Provide professional property management services to a portfolio of clients. -Preparation of reports including financial, arrears, maintenance summaries, tenant issues/meetings, on a monthly and quarterly basis. -Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including tenants, operational staff and clients. -Provide leadership to a team of property managers and other junior staff members.

What You Bring

-Have relevant experience in a similar property management role. -Innovative Technology & Tools –cutting-edge property tool, platforms. -Relevant degree preferable, i.e. Bachelor of Business (Property). -Be able to coordinate business submissions and reports. -Hold strong analytical skills in conjunction with high attention to detail. -Possess strong organisation skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. -Be a confident communicator with a demonstrated ability to engage within a team. -Hold a valid and current Agents Representative license/Certificate of Registration (essential). -Demonstrate initiative and a proven ability to work autonomously. -Possess competent skills in utilising the MS Office Suite.
