  • Provision of Registered Surveyor advice to projects
  • Ensuring work is carried out to the client’s requirements
  • Effectively manage the submission of survey documentation to statutory authorities
  • Providing advice in the delivery of creative solutions that adds value to clients
  • Adhering to the Company’s safety processes and procedures
  • Providing effective cadastral surveys including subdivisions, strata and stratum subdivisions, land acquisitions, POSI and on a wide range of project sizes and complexities within NSW
  • Supervising and/or carrying out of field surveys to required standards

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate: Registered with the NSW Board of Surveying and Spatial Information

  • Competent in processing captured data to allow for the calculation and preparation of all forms of survey plans
  • Experience in the development process and an understanding of interpreting development consent conditions relevant to the subdivision process
  • Ability to manage priorities to meet various project milestones
  • Experience working directly with clients and fostering effective working relationships
  • Ability to work autonomously, with the support of other Registered Surveyors within the Veris team
  • Ability to use software packages including of Magnet or 12d and AutoCAD/BricsCAD
