The Manufacturing Training Partner serves as a critical link between Team Operations, Training, and Production, ensuring that each new team member is set up for success from application through full integration on the production floor. This role blends technical evaluation, instructional delivery, and workforce development to build a capable, confident, and safety‑minded production team.
Through administering technical interviews, customizing onboarding programs, and delivering hands‑on technical training, the Manufacturing Training Partner directly supports the Production Training Lead and Talent Acquisition team in hiring, developing, and empowering BETA’s next generation of technicians.
At BETA Technologies, we apply our intellectual curiosity, passion for aviation, and commitment to sustainability toward a shared mission of revolutionizing electric aviation. Regardless of the position, each team member brings talent and desire to positively impact the environment and lives of others in a refreshing, vibrant, and inclusive culture.
Minimum Qualifications include at least three years of experience in internal training, education, or learning‑and‑development functions, with a minimum of one year delivering technical or educational training in a professional or academic setting. Candidates should be familiar with instructional best practices and adult learning methodologies, capable of working effectively under pressure in a collaborative fast‑paced team, and possess strong attention to detail, accuracy, quality, and a commitment to continuous improvement. An innovative mindset for developing training opportunities that engage diverse individuals, willingness to participate directly in manufacturing activities, and excellent verbal communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills are also required.
Above and Beyond Qualifications may include a background or formal education in education, instructional design, workforce training, or a related field, as well as experience in aerospace, advanced manufacturing, or technical trades. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and competency‑tracking tools, plus a demonstrated ability to develop and implement structured, measurable training programs aligned with operational needs, are considered assets.
Employment offers are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, and BETA Technologies participates in E‑Verify.
The salary range for this role is $65,000 – $85,000 per year. Compensation is competitive and based on factors such as skills, experience, industry background, and the evolving needs of the position, with a commitment to fair and equitable pay.
