Project management and technical leadership for capital investment projects in roofing manufacturing facilities, focusing on shingles plant portfolio.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and/or projects at one time
Travel 40%
Engage in process start –up operation, problem solving skills, active listening, and process improvement.
Basic knowledge in mechanical, chemical, and manufacturing processes
