- Take direction from and provide support and assistance to Project Managers and Managing Principal.
- Produce, manage, and coordinate construction documentation sets
- Perform code, and zoning analyses for multiple municipalities and related zoning ordinances
- Research construction materials and systems
- Coordinate architectural design and building systems with engineering consultants
- Complete technical drawings and tasks as directed in a clear and organized manner consistent with office standards
- Produce and develop technical drawings and details with supervision

- Must be highly proficient in Revit
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to bring creative solutions to our design work
- Strong organizational skills: As it relates to communication with other disciplines, team members, and the ability to create and access information within construction documents
- Minimum 3-6 years of Architecture firm experience, preferably in mixed-use and multi-family projects
- Working knowledge of Rhino, Bluebeam, Affinity or Adobe, and other related software preferred.
- Los Angeles residency, valid US work status
- Work independently with the ability to effectively engage in a collaborative environment, meet deadlines, and take pride in their work
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Working knowledge of visual programming using Grasshopper and Dynamo is a plus
