The Superintendent manages all job‑site functions for home construction while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include overseeing multiple homes from permit to closing, scheduling and supervising subcontractors, conducting homeowner walk‑throughs and inspections, and maintaining company construction and safety standards.
Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, 2‑4 years of related experience, and the ability to manage the 13 Milestones of Construction, read construction documents, and understand building codes. Required skills include strong interpersonal and communication abilities, budgeting, proficiency with DRH construction apps, and the physical capability to perform job duties; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
